The recruitment process
Stage I: Collection of applications
- As well as advertising our latest vacancies, we also contact potential candidates directly.
- You can also send us your CV directly by clicking the “Apply” button in response to the job offer placed on the website in the current job offers tab.
Stage II: Analysis of applications
- We thoroughly analyze all submitted applications for relevancy to the job description; our specialists will get acquainted with your experience and competences.
- The next step is a telephone interview – during this short 20 minute conversation we confirm your competences and answer any questions you may have.
- If at this moment we do not have any vacancies for you, with your consent we keep your application and will contact you if there is an appropriate project in the future.
Stage III: Verification of competences
- During a short telephone call, we will verify with you the competences listed on your application as well as discussing in more depth the project that you are applying for.
Stage V: Information about the decision
- We know that your time is valuable and whether your application is successful or not, you will always be informed of the decision via either email or telephone.
Stage IV: Recruitment meeting
- All candidates are required to complete a short competency test.
- Remember that this meeting is for both parties! If you have any questions about Softamos or the project you are applying for, now is the time to ask!
